Now lets understand physical injury, viral attack leading to common cold, defence mechanism of body comes into action, sneezing to throw away foreign material, increased mucous secretion in response to inflation, and white blood cells actually kills virus by Neuro-chemical weapons or eat them literally. See so many procedures for self defense. For support now body needs good rest, good food, and good company for good mood. Whenever there is injury (any type) don't eat junk food since to digest this body gets overboard work and so recovery process gets delayed or even disturbed.
