Even though we know so much about EQ , we must know about it's Origin which is explained in Indian Philosophy, Ved , Upanishad, and Gita. Yog Shastr is part of it. Aura of a person consists of, AnnMay Kosh, PranMay Kosh, ManoMay Kosh, VidnyanMay Kosh, Aanand or Dnyan May Kosh. EQ is related mostly to ManoMay Kosh but Ofcourse it's interlinked with all Koshas. Since AanandMay kosh is related to AatmDnyan as GuruKrupa, it's understanding is purely experience based and can't be explained in words. But this Ultimate Kosh eminates AatmBal rays which strengthens other Koshas. Koshas are expression of Energy Vibrations.After knowing these Basic Facts,Let's focus on ManoMay Kosh. To energies this part, we have to express ourselves in very well mannered. There must not be supression or repression of emotions. Emotional Freedom Technique( EFT)and Neuro Linguistic Programme (NLP) are best for abovementioned purpose. Meditation actually helps as Root and Base of Energy Supply for ManoMay Kosh.
