Happiness can be practised

Are you aware of your chemical factory in your body? Endorphines, and cholinergic,  are related to  happiness , oxytocin is known as love n care hormone. While anti cholinergic can be said to be pain n misery mediators. Heart it self has it's own hormone ! Understanding this and then accepting this Fact is important for Logical Thinking! Logical thinking can control impulsive behavior which may be emotionally driven.  Emotions like happiness, misery, anger should be understood so one can control them, and even such states can be changed. If you are feeling lonely or melancholic , bit anxious or so then simply take deep breath and try smiling! Yes !! Mere effort of smiling action releases Endorphines so  you can actually come out of chemical state related with tears. If you practice this exercise then within 3mths you become expertise in controlling negative emotions and leading your self into happy state of mind! Please do remember one thing blindly joining laughter club is a temporary solution .But Logical Thinking , understanding chemistry and then practicing it for consecutive 3mths is sure shot success towards happiness which is Relevant and more towards Relief and complete Health!! So lets smile logically and practice Happiness and Spread Happiness!!!
