Virtues Enhances Intelligence Quotient

Virtues means behavior showing high moral standards. And it is synonymous with goodness, integrity , honesty, purity, charity etc. When person is thinking and behaving on basis of above virtues, then it is proved that his intelligence quotient can enhance itself up to it's upper limit.

According to Indian philosophy also, it is stated that when actions of a person are based on virtues, Tatv Praman , then his intelligence( buddhi) can reach it's  optimum , at Gross (sthul) and Subtle (sukshm) levels. May be here we must seek vice a versa constitution of use of intelligence.

If someone is adapting vices i.e. immoral or wrong behavior then there is always association with negative emotions as anger, jealousy, egotism etc then under such influences , this person's intelligence may seem at high IQ status but can never obtain optimum level. So much of thinking power or energy is consumed over negative emotions and thus such person can't achieve subtle and greater levels of IQ. It also hampers intellectual growth of person itself, his near associated family and , company, society too faces no growth scenario after a while.

Immediate effects of intelligent person based on vices may appear to achieve some gains at level of money, fame etc levels but long term benefits of prosperity, health, and peace are never acquired. So it's our wise choice to adopt virtues and enhance our IQ for short term as well as long term whole benefits, may be it will require more efforts and more patience at initial phase but prosperity and optimum IQ with satisfaction is guaranteed.
